Every organization must have values and standards for which they hold themselves accountable. Enrestoration has adopted as its core value Human Valuing and Six Supporting Values.
Human Valuing is the substance of all we do with and for people. All encounters represent a genuineness of motives which requires edification of individuals who are with this organization. No ill-speaking or negative confessions are permitted regarding anyone by anyone; we speak to strengths only and starve out weaknesses to the greatest extent possible.
Team Work – Through collaboration and cooperation each person performs on purpose and delivers exceptional results, yet in the event of a set-back, each accepts full responsibility and learns from mistakes.
Respect – Declare by my action the state of being regarded with deference or esteem. Many people define respect as treating others the way they want to be treated. We will take that a step further as treating people the way that a person needs to be treated. We are all different and respect means understanding and respecting those differences. Respect will be a standard in all our interactions from the top down!!
Ingenuity – Inventive imagination or skill which leads to clever design or constructing our greatest assets which are our employees. Being aware of the issues and concerns faced by others and taking that knowledge to make the difference.
Excellence – Something in which one excels. Our goal is to always be “a standard above”. Our standard is excellence in every venue of service.
Integrity – Firm adherence to a code or standard of values. Integrity means doing the right thing even when no one is looking.
Trust – Total confidence in the integrity, ability and good character of another. Trust is the by-product of all the other values. If we live up to the other five, we will be seen and respected as trustworthy.
